Foster and develop leadership skills
To support programs, projects, trainers and organizations in their leadership and other skills development that support knowledge organizations.
A knowledge economy is fueled by an enterprising, skilled and trained workforce. This skill development includes those skills that are developed in formal education, as well those that are added later. Skill development equip the professionals to transform their ideas into Reality.
The strategic plan will focus on developing such skills through facilitating existing systems and organizations (e.g. universities) or through engaging other channels (e.g. mentors and volunteers).
