Friendly Local Government Policies
To create an environment in Islamabad, within governmental and policy makers, that is supportive of technology companies, universities and other supporting organizations for the project.
Supportive and facilitative local government policies, rules and incentives are important tools in supporting a knowledge economy. This can mean working with Capital Development Authority (CDA) to ensure that local rules and regulations are supportive and incentives and subsidies be provided where appropriate (e.g. for Science & Technology parks).
The strategic plan will consider local decision makers and policy shapers as stakeholders, build a strong relationship with them and continuously work on behalf of Islamabad technology sector to address their issues.
